Climate
Ruidoso’s climate is mild with for distinct season – all perfect for seasonal outdoor recreation. Summer time temperatures peak in the low 90s with overnight lows in the 50s. Fall days are hard to beat with daytime highs in the 70s and very low 80s. The nighttime are begins to really cool down to the 40s. Winter is perfect sweater weather and idea for hitting the slopes. Nighttime dips to the teens and 20s, just right for snow fall and the days full of sunshine and hover in the 40s. Spring sees temperatures begin to climb back to the 50s and 60s, but the evenings are still cool with temperatures in the 40 range.
