8th Annual Wind Festival- May 2-3
Saturday & Sunday 10am-6pm
Large kite flying fields, wind gadgets, flags, vendors, kite flying prizes & food!
World Blacksmith Championships- June 19-21
40 blacksmiths compete on horseshoe making, horse fair and much more!
Chuckwagon Saturday Nights at 7pm- June 20 – September 5
BBQ feast, followed by vintage western swing music by Syd Masters & the Swing Riders or
Sons of the Rio Grande. Hayrides, zoo tours, and peregrine falcon free flight presentations!
Music Festival Weekends- August 7-9
Bluegrass weekends include food vendors, workshops, contests, childrens activities, & zoo tours!

Friday: Barn Dance at 7:00pm with Syd Masters & The Swing Riders.
Saturday: Music starts at 11:00am and goes till 9:00pm on two stages. Saturday lineup includes bands such as John McCutcheon, Badly Bent, Dave Firestine and Round the House.
Sunday: Gospel starts at 11:00am—Triple L Band and watch our website for more bands!
Bear Fair – Saturday July 11, 10am-4pm
Bear experts, vendors, wildlife exhibitors, behind the scenes tours.
Junior Zookeeper Day Camp- Two sessions:
Day camp is two 1 week sessions Monday – Friday, 9am-12pm.
Our experienced zookeepers will work with children 8-12, teaching them zoo keeping techniques, animal enrichment, basic animal husbandry and biology.
Harvest Festival, August 28-30
10am to 9pm Saturday & 10am to 4pm Sunday
Enjoy free food tasting & food for sale from local growers market, blacksmith demonstrations, antique tractor, truck, machinery, model trucks, & tractor displays. Parade Sat AM–Chuckwagon Dinner Saturday night. 5K fun run/
1 mile walk Sunday at 8am. Ongoing entertainment both days!
